So yes, Mandelson is an oily character but as far as I'm aware his time in office was a positive for our national interest whatever you might think of him.
Of course the extent of his friendship was not known and there is no suggestion that he was involved with any of Epstein's sex crimes.
He was central in negotiating a 10% tariff on UK goods while Europe got 15% which was a huge win for the UK and he is not accused of any crime while in his post.

Got our solar panels installed this AM. They came at 8:30am and we're gone by 1:30pm. 13 panels and 10kwh battery.

Actually the full extent of Mandelson's relationship with Epstein was not fully known at that time. When his emails of support for Epstein were released by US government he was sacked.
Mandelson did nothing illegal wrt Epstein as far as anyone knows.
