Germany, first stop on a tour to see friends in 2023. The view behind me is Köln. Later stops were Denmark, and the UK. Seven flights, seven trains, 88km walking.

Germany filled the gap between my Western and Eastern Europe travel.

I’m not conservative, but I posted updates of my weight loss, and related situations. It wasn’t constant. I still had people telling me I was cheating by how I was losing it. Apparently being in a weight loss program with doctors, nutritionists and therapists is “cheating” for some.

For the oil, probably not caring about annexation. They’ll also have to deal with all of the treaties with the First Nations, Métis and Inuit.

Neuropathy is painful. Ugh. My feet were painful, but eventually they stopped hurting because they had no feeling

Now I have orthotics and the pain has returned.
