I said this because I just remember Yaoguang title is "Seer Strategist" + Xianzhou generals are usually have the ability to "Divine Forsight" like they're able to see the future (cmiiw), despite the one that I only know have this ability is Jingyuan and Fuxuan, but it's also one of the -c-
OH HELL NAHHHH since I finally reach this far, it seems that the one who gave Ruan Mei the "reviving task" is Yaoguang, instead of Luocha. Luocha is being...uh...? A bit of 3rd party that connects Ruan Mei and Yaoguang's deal, while also providing what items 𧬠wish to possess in return, it seems!
