This time it’s a smoked salmon carbonara. Sort of. There’s shallots and garlic in there as well as cheese. This one worked out much better, but I make carbonara a lot!

This time it’s a Mornay (cheesy béchamel (homemade)) and smoked salmon pasta.
Sauce is a bit too thick - too much flour and cheese I think. It’s tricky to find accurate measurements for single portions, this was probably twice as much as was needed (and I don’t own any scales… 😅)
Not sure what to call this 1am creation, but it has challots, peppers, garlic, lardon, fresh tomatoes and eggs, with some fancy basil chives and Parmesan sprinkled on top.
It was pretty tasty!
Lovely weather today at Machynlleth station Wales today!
Working on my ratatouille. I used to post art…
Apparently I do food now.
This is a Buckinghamshire Bacon Badger. More or less.
It was a lot bigger than I expected!
I made a burger!

I’m very proud of myself. 😁
Sadness! 😢
I have vivid memories of the Parks Christmas Catalogue being advertised on Boxing Day!
Have they started advertising next years Christmas catalogues yet?
Do they still do catalogues!
Am I just old? No, don’t answer that…
Final update of Nat for the year.
Happy new year everyone!
Lovely rainbow this morning.
Gotta go get that pot of gold…
Lovely weather for our Boxing Day walk - it’s back to cloud and fog now!
Sorry to hear that - hope it’s nothing serious.
Feels strange to heart a sad post, but I’m interpreting it as sending my love!
For those in a festive mood, here’s a medley of Christmas carols I made a few years back.
It’s called the twelve carols of Christmas, but I think you can actually only hear eleven … whoops!

Some progress on Nat's clothes.
Quite happy with how her Septre (Shield orb) has turned out.
This is Nat.
She's a caster who woke up on a beach with no memory of how she got there.

Here's a moody detective. His phone's a little small so he's probably from the early 2000's.
