Kris Dreemurr and Susie from Deltarune are hanging out. Susie is trying to compliment Kris on how well they play the Piano but doesn't know what someone who can play the piano is called. Kris tells her the term is "pianist", but she "misinterprets" what they say a "penis" and loses her mind. Kris decides not to correct her, knowing full well she's going to tell everyone they're a penis.

Susie brags to her friends about Kris' ability to play the piano. But instead of saying they're a "pianist", she calls them a "penis". Noelle and Berdly are shocked and confused by this, while Ralsei may just wither away and die from having that kind of word said in front of him... He sheds a tear out of sheer pain.

Ralsei tries his best to calmly explain to Susie on the proper term for a pianist and fails miserably. It's impossible to tell if she genuinely thinks the term is "penis" or if she's being difficult on purpose and is using it as an excuse to say penis as often as she wants without consequence.

In the Dark World, Kris, Susie, and Ralsei come across a stained-glass illustration of piano keys with the word "PENIS." hanging above it, heavily implying that the prophecy knew Susie was going to interpret Kris as a "penis" instead of a "pianist". Susie feels validated and tells Ralsei she's been right the whole time. Kris and the SOUL perpetuate this by agreeing with her in unison. Ralsei finally, begrudgingly, admits defeat...
