During my PhD thesis, we've described two pillar mechanisms involved in tumorsphere biology in high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC). The first one is key for tumorsphere formation, which is critical for HGSOC metastatic spread and is governed by the axis PDGFRβ-fibronectin.
