Nah, refusing to review for multi-billion dollar corporations profiting off of scientists' free labor is simply letting Adam Smith raise the wages for reviewers. Over time, journals that won't pay will experience longer review times, and authors will naturally be led to submit to other journals.
This administration hates #science: it has fired disproportionately more scientists than other Federal employees, and is driving other scientists out of their jobs by illegally blocking Congressionally authorized funding of science.
