I'm definitely thinking about Brother Love and The Sheik but also any other more obscure gimmicks like "The Mormon Giant" Don Leo Jonathan. They don't have to be explicitly religious either, they can be sort of "religion coded." Like, I'd consider Lord of Darkness Undertaker as counting.
