I love it when some of my favourite media collab!

It’s so wild watching multinational curling teams in Rock League all work together at a high level while communicating in their second language
I knew with Kaitlyn Lawes taking a step back that she wouldn't be there, but I would have liked to see John Epping, or Serena Gray-Withers, or younger players that could cause a little chaos. I'm still going to watch, because it's better than no curling, and the mixed up team format might grow on me
I mean no disrespect to the Rock League, or anyone involved, but it felt like manufactured drama that was unnecessary. It could be that none of my favourite players are in it so I don't care as much, but the made up teams lowers the stakes for me.
As small as Geno looks today Dawn looks gigantic.
Not me getting emotional watching Vic Rauter sign off from the World Men's Curling Championship. He's been calling the game longer than I've been a fan. I think he's part of the reason I'm a fan. He'll definitely be missed. #MakeTheFinal #CountThemUp #VicRauterRetires
For his final call for TSN Curling, Vic Rauter is wearing his old @tsnofficial.bsky.social black jacket. #MakeTheFinal 🥌
The great Uncle Fish, former soccer player turned host and speaker, gifted “Good Game” a beautiful narration on the power of trans joy.
Happy Trans Day of Visibility, y’all. 🏳️⚧️

Mark Few
BREAKING—Mark Few has been voted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, sources told CBSSports. Few, 63, built a one-of-a-kind story at Gonzaga, turning a small Jesuit school into one of the biggest brands in CBB. Two NCAA title games, 773-156 record, 44 league titles, NCOY awards and much more.
CBS turned their news operation into propaganda, kicked Colbert off the air for making too much trouble, and all that just to have Charles Barkley go on the air on one of their most-watched telecasts of the year and say this lmao
After Claudia Goldin became the first woman to win a solo Nobel in economics, she got hundreds of invitations.
She accepted three.
One was advising WNBA players on a labor deal. She helped players land the biggest % raise in US sports history.

This brings me such joy to watch, it's nice to know the professionals reacted in The studio the same way I did at home
No disrespect to Epping or Carruthers, but did we have to make the post about the final of the WOMEN'S world curling championship about men?
I realize now that the Zags loss was my fault, because I said that March Madness was more fun (meaning less stressful) when you didn't have a team to cheer for #MarchMadness
CANADA 🇨🇦 FOR THE WIN
Team Einarson is off to the women’s world curling championship gold medal game in Calgary.
It’s an 11-3 victory for the Canadians over Japan in eight ends.
The World Cup has no place being played in America. No right minded person, player, team or country should go.
I will not be watching any of it.

Picture of a two pole with two hands being held. One has a rainbow bracelet. Says Stand Together For Good
For Renee. For Alex. For Keith. For all those who aren't here.
Women’s History Month tends to be overrun with tributes to white women who fought for the vote. It’s also the perfect time to highlight how many Black women did the same at the intersections of other causes.
No shade to Team Jacobs, but I kind of wanted Brad Gushue's curling career to last a little longer
JUST IN
Two curling 🥌 stones have been stolen from the Cortina curling venue ahead of Paralympic competition.
Authorities are investigating. Competition will not be affected. Here’s what we know at this point: www.cbc.ca/sports/paral...
The red ones!
USA Curling decided to not have commentary for the women’s final.
Seems like a bad call to have no call
Nothing says "We Support Women's Sports" like USA Curling only offering a non-commentary fixed stream of the women's national championship. 😑
A little behind on my podcasts, but I'm so excited to see Sarah cover the roaring game! Plus I'm getting a kick out of all the double entendres @sarahspain.com
If you missed yesterday's incredible speech by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and why everyone's talking about it, I got your explainer right here.
That book is so good! Hard to read, but absolutely worth it.

I'm sorry, but that's an absolute gag job by Texas Tech. Really bad. Had Florida nearly dead to rights and yacked it.
