having a normal afternoon (listening through secret times i haven't been through) and this caleb one was so freaked out i accidentally fastforwarded it and screamed aloud when it got even freakier. lock this man up.

not long after this, an apartment in our building caught fire and when we evacuated, i watched firefighters joke and laugh from the ground after telling peopleit was "too high" for them to help and residents (including teenage boys) put it out instead. didn't need a talk for that one.

i had to be... five? they were called for something involving my babysitter and one of them was very nice to me, held me, gave me candy to help me stop crying, etc. my mother had to very gently tell me that not all of them would be like that and to never expect it again.

literally every time something racist happens, it's prefaced with "not to kinkshame" or "drama sucks but" and i want you to ask yourself why an unambiguous stance against racism is less appealing than either shutting the fuck up or keeping your weird little fandom cred in order. genuinely.
