Yeah that seems really backwards to me.

I think a large contingent of players will just never accept the general vibe of Fortnite, same for any other specific type of game.

Knowing Fortnite will inevitably decline is the whole REASON you're trying to pivot to a storefront, right? Right??

I kinda thought they were playing the super long game—slowly building up folks libraries to where they couldn't ignore it, slowly building a usable experience, and waiting for Steam to fuck something up.

Then these stories came out where they're confused they didn't immediately have an audience.
