My ankle replacement surgery is at 7:30 AM on Wednesday morning, 36 hours from now.

We had chicken grillers for dinner. It’s a premade chicken breast, stuffed with ham and cheese, and wrapped in bacon.
Mine was Hawaiian style, so it also had chunks of pineapple in it and one on top as garnish.
Served it with mashed potatoes and buttered green beans.
