Monthly reminder: Many people have a book in them, but it takes a special kind of freak to leave the Land of Laziness, cross the Plains of Procrastination and Insecurity Mountain, find the Blade of No One Made You Do This, and use it to cut your chest open and yank that book out.

That Kamala interview was heart breaking because it's one of the few times that I've ever seen a national political figure say the system is broken and that trying to work within it to change things probably wont work.

I am sure every teacher/professor is feeling this… I am dreading going back in the fall. I taught a summer semester, and I wish I didn’t have to. I’m tired.
