This is a crucial decision. The court rejected the political claim that LGBTQ+ representation is “propaganda.” We must keep fighting politics that dehumanise us.

Many PAC’s and think tanks that are “moderate democrat” spend most of their money attacking progressive campaigns instead of the GOP. See end of thread for a more detailed list of these PACs and think tanks that do this with explicit examples of candidates they attacked and the methods used.
Not in the slightest a surprise. Leadership has little but disdain for their voters. It's why I'm no longer a Democrat.

I am grateful to be queer because it's meant Republicans make up only a tiny fraction of my dating pool. Queer Republicans exist but not in the same proportions.
The problem isn't my vote--the problem is that both parties' leadership have already decided that moving left is not an option, so my vote has no effect beyond a given election.
The system is broken if you're a progressive--neither party will move left regardless of who you do or not vote for.
If I vote Dem, they treat my vote as guaranteed; if I don't, they see it as unreachable. No matter what I do, they won't move left--they'll just blame me if/when they lose.
I agree, but not voting is treacherous--if you don't vote, the parties write you off as beyond reach. If you are a progressive, both parties are unwilling to cater to your demands, so it doesn't really matter who you vote for--neither party will court your vote.
In the same manifesto, Palantir's owners argued that we need a national military draft, that soft power is over, and that we were too hard on Germany and Japan after World War II. I don't think that company should be allowed to exist anymore.

Yep, thus killing the chances of any progressive bills passing the legislature. Dems and Republicans don't always agree, but they definitely are united in their love of money and their hatred of progressives.
It seems to me that the Democratic establishment doesn't want supermajorities, because a supermajority means you have no one else to blame when you fail. If the House and Senate are close to balanced, only conservative, corporatist bills will pass and everyone can blame the other side.
I don't want to be defeatist, but what can the government do, when nearly everything they try gets swatted down by the Supreme Court?
