Oh for sure -- results may vary. My stepfather got incredibly angry as his alzheimer's progressed. He worked hard to control it & mostly managed, but it was a struggle for all of us. Someone once told me that dementia reveals what's underneath. I don't know if I believe it, but i see why it's said.

2. As she becomes simpler, so has our relationship. Results may vary on this one, but for both me and my wife, our very complicated child/mother relationships simplified with dementia, mostly because grievances and nits have been lost and forgiven. I'm not mad anymore and neither is she. 3/x
