There are certainly some yoga poses you can’t do comfortably in a belt, but for everyday wear it’s the bees knees!

It’s actually the easiest to wear of any device I’ve ever tried, save for high-movement/sports scenarios. With these belts, after getting the correct waist size dialed in, you essentially bend them into the shape that works best withyour body, so they’re extremely comfortable.
