Couldn't make it to parkrun this week so I did a little Sunday morning SarahRun instead (forgot to make myself a little sign this time!). Eaton Park is so pretty now that spring has well and truly sprung and I have new leggings to match the season!

Another Saturday another parkrun! Struggled a little at first (I definitely find off road tougher) but scraped a new PB! The rain held off for most of the run but then picked up while I was waiting for the bus! #parkrun

It involves travelling north!

I have a Disabled Person's Railcard (can't drive due to epilepsy).

Sadly no goody bags! When Ashington opened we did get reindeer gingerbread though (they missed a trick though as the same company make gingerbread trains!). I haven't made a Tyne & Wear Metro video but I did film another video while I was up in Newcastle.

When the wind was blowing I somewhat regretted choosing to walk across High Level Bridge in Newcastle but the view was worth it!

This was such an incredible parkrun although my most difficult to date. The hills are killer but I couldn't ask for a better group to do it with!

Been out and run my first 10k in about 4 or 5 years. It was raining, windy and I was slower than I'd like but I did it! Onwards and upwards from here! #running

I just might have ensured my holiday this year includes parkruns.

Today was a great parkrun with @jenonthemove.com even if I did struggle at times (got a sub-40 time and my second best parkrun time). Having a parkrun family is great! Here's to the next parkrun!
