Tried to shade that previous rabbit practice drawing into a shaded and inklined version.

It kind of feels like there's a progress.

Why is it so hard and time consuming to learn any new shapes and objects ?

And i still struggle with the rabbit noses.

Managed to meditate meanwhile walking and watch the toughts for 2-3 seconds.

It feels really better than any drug could ever provide but is so hard to not fall just back into the toughts almost on instant.

Need to practice that again.
