Those seem to be the most common ones in the usa, they don't get specifically marketed for fungus gnats, but as long as it has "Bacillus thuringiensis" in it, it has the same effect.
Water your plants with it and then repeat it again after 2 weeks, it should get rid of most of them.

Gosh i hate fungus gnats... The only way to somewhat keep them in check are those yellow sticky traps and the stuff you dissolve in water that kills the larva.

It will be hard to exactly say what kind of mites they are, but they're certainly not spider mites, they'd crawl all over the plants and leave cobweb looking stuff behind.
One guess would be that they're predatory mites, they eat springtails and other mites and won't harm the plants.
