Yeah. "I disagree with the Court's legal analysis" is one thing, but "the Court isn't using legal analysis to decide cases" is another. The latter is no longer in the realm of law and should not be treated as if it is.

Again, people need to not be reactive and powerless, with this"I won't vote unless you convince me". The far left shouldn't act like people without agency just sitting waiting for someone else to act the way they want. They should assume they have agency and ask how they can direct politics.
