Don’t get distracted by the data center grandstanding. The real question is much more basic: can the city keep the lights on and water flowing?

I flagged the Google bonds. But they all raising cash.
European investors might view hyperscaler bonds as better than other opportunities they see in their local currencies.
The dollar may go down, but it starts from super high valuation and TINA for reserve currency.
