It's a difficult one. For a lot of people what is happening is completely out of their control. They can do nothing to change or control it. So comes acceptance of the current state.
Add on top of that navigation of your own life, with all it's trouble, stresses and challenges.

Been watching a lot of documentaries about Tibetan #Buddhism.
