As someone who worked in insurance this literally means nothing. I was at a 24/7 center but only certain departments were 24/7 Were business hours dependent of the schedule of the adjuster? 24 business hours on my Friday meant I'm probably just not going to call you and hope you call when I'm off.

I got a heated jacket, socks and gloves from my partner for Christmas and as silly as it feels to charge clothes it snowed last night and I am currently the most comfy derg in the world.
