My patient's breakfast this morning: porridge with sugar and butter, toast dipped into coffee and two small packets of jam 🤢

Day 1 complete. Only one more shift until 2 days off. And then 10 in a row... But we won't think about that!

3 not very good doctors does not make up for the loss of one excellent doctor.

Was told one of the patients poured water on the call bell button (has pictures of people on it) because he was "feeding the wee men, they are thirsty" 😂
