I was going to say "the urbanmech of Tankhead" but there are others that role even better.

Its a rough adaptation of a vegan carbonara recipe so you should be able to find something workable there. I can't speak to how close it gets, I'm not sure I ever had a propper carbonara. But taken on its own I quite like it as a sauce.

braze some garlic in olive oil in a pot, add cauliflower and beef bouillon, boil to death then run it trough whatever kitchen appliance blends the finest. Makes a nice creamy sauce that goes well with pasta or as alternating layers in lasagna.
