11% of my company was laid off today, including my team leaving just 8 of 25 copywriters left to handle the work.
I can gurantee without a single hesitation that the answer to "how will we be able to handle all of our client requests" is going to be "AI can do it"
Well that sucks.
75% of my team, me included, all just got laid off. With more being laid off company wide.

There was the Sci-Fi Show called Alphas where one of the main characters had the ability to turn off her other senses to heighten others, and she regularly had to deal with extreme overstimulation. It regularly would show her reacting to like people swallowing across the room, making her spiral
My day job is literally being a senior copywriter for a company that makes websites for dealerships. Our entire busy model is selling these people websites, making all the content for them, and managing them.
This just shit on my entire company's business model and I can't stop laughing about it.
