Drop something red.
After my uni finals, I'd just arrived home and asked where our 17 year old dog was. He'd been put to sleep that day. Then this bloody episode came on tv and I was crying uncontrollably. SMG nailed the tone of her delivery enough to make a grown man weep.
How about an adaptation of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers books? Small ship going around solving problems using science and engineering with an eclectic crew of experts in their field. Planetary weather system failing, no problem. Weird black obelisk found on your moon? Let's investigate together.
Vance was more like the poisoned chalice and Donny the kiss of death. Funny how they still think their endorsement is a good thing.
Stop having universal apocalypse level threats every damn season. Have them exploring the unknown and figuring stuff out on their own and, more importantly, not winning every time. Let them fail every now and then.

Thank you!
If you see this, drop some armour!
well, rats, that was one reason I would have actually used sector space.
I do like that circular warp trail. It's a nice touch.
weather in the interior of B.C. can be crazy. 15 degrees and clear skies a few hours ago. Now it's frozen bloody snowmageddon.
I take my hat off to all the miniature and model commission painters out there.
You guys are all amazing and I wish I had half your talent, determination and patience. I can barely muster up the enthusiasm to paint my pile of shame.

Europeans when asked to unblock the Strait of Hormuz:
Yes, it snowed all day yesterday. Yes, we had to shovel the driveway this morning. Yes it was also grey and overcast. But then the sun comes out and everything sparkles and the sky turns blue. Makes me very glad I moved here.

Commentator: Look, she's just done an Ebony Marshmallow Hippopotamus Yellow 900
Me: Did that guy just have a stroke live on tv?
Wife: *sigh* No he's just told you what trick that lady just did.
Me: Whatever, that's just bullshit word salad.
Currently doing Red Alerts with a Saber class. She's scrappy against the Borg.
Great Googamooga! Congratulations on an overdue step up! Now, about that 32c USS Antares... ๐
A beautiful misty yellow moon caught last night on the way home from Kamloops, BC.

It arrived! Hobby store lady's asked what made me buy the biggest tank model so I told her that it's because I can't afford a Titan yet. She actually laughed.
Now I have to clear my pile of shame before assembly and paint.

My wife looked at me during that scene and said, "Do you think they'll...?" and I said 100% chance that they're going to get together this season.
Lost my dad six years ago to liver cancer. I still miss him, especially when I need his advice or expertise. YouTube isn't the same. When I think of how pleased and proud he'd be when I do something like repair a dent in drywall, it hits me right in the feels. #fuckcancer
"I'm withdrawing my invitation for you to pay me 1 billion US dollars to join my axis of evil because you weren't very nice to me and I had to have some of your words explained to me because they had more than two syllables."
Fingers crossed they keep the dark tone because it'll make the recent Battlestar Galactica look like a comedy festival. I'm still haunted by the original series ending.
what better way to appease your handler after you dismantle NATO than invite him to your Axis of Evil self-congratulatory circle jerk club?
Finally watched the first two episodes of #starfleetacademy and I loved it. From that lovely character who was stumbling around in shock and sensory overload, mumbling "red alert" to the Klingon med student chanting "don't kill your instructor on day one". Relatable character moments we're lovely.
Fantastic use of the word wazzock. I haven't heard that in twenty years. GW should just say, "you know what? It's our IP, and so there are now female space marines. deal with it." None of the marine implants seem to rely on having testicles so I can't see the argument against women space marines.
That line, "Because I yearn for a valiant life, cadet master." That right there had all the feels and made him my favourite character.
You're doing great! That's a good looking Dread.
