First Battletech miniature I've painted in at least 10 years. It was a fun experience, there's always something fun about these little robuts. This one came from the Alpha Strike box set. I'll never play with it, but the miniatures are cool as heck.

Took some pictures on a walk this evening. I love these Digger Bees. They hover in one place and wiggle while they evaluate what they're looking at, it's adorable. Honey bee's don't seem to give a shit if I hold a camera close, but these guys are super aware of what's happening. Very cute.

I love this. This taps into such a deep vein of understanding about "normalcy" and "acceptability," that one could easily exchange the word "furry" in every line for the labels of nearly any subculture and/or marginalized community and it would resonate.

The absolute truth is assimilation = death.

Oh goodness, yea. I absolutely love this, it feels so thin and light, like it's not really a threat. But it's purpose is still one of violence. Thank you for sharing these, I adore your lil plane designs. :)

The Eye of Ikea casts it's amber judgement upon an office space. It hangs on the wall, looking rather like a donut lamp, but be not confused. The eye sees all, and knows all.

:D The Ikea Donut!! @gearcat.bsky.social gave us one as a gift, and it goes perfectly in our office. Adds a nice ambiance. ^^

That is sad! I've got a hunch this person has been told what to think their whole life, and has little initiative to make decisions that could go wrong. Just a hunch. Sorry you gotta deal with that, dear!

Lovely size difference there, and the faces are really fun. The 'shoo shoo' panel is great. x}

CSP Vector lines are a delight, too. :} I understand the reticence though, If uou give it a try, I hope the process is smooth and relatively painless. ^^

You've definitely got some winners there! I know it's sort of a classic artists lament but... I should really do more studies. Thanks for the inspiration. :}
