If you're an existing SP Enable Now customer thinking about whether (or when) to migrate to WalkMe, I've posted a new article outlining the pros and cons, here: enablenowexpert.com?p=2943

SAP Enable Now Cloud Edition was updated to Version 10.8.22 over the weekend. No official change log, as there are no official changes - just bug fixes. The major issues fixed are listed below. #1 and #4 are certainly welcome!
Well that's not right... If you use an Arrow Head 2 of Filled Circle on a Connector, you get an UNFILLED circle. Arrow Head 1 works as expected, as do both Triangle and Diamond 'filled' options. I'll open a Case. Just FYI.
SAP are firming up their new SAP Enable Now replacement 'Digital Learning Platform'. I've posted a new video to the YouTube channel outlining what we know (and what I've seen) so far. youtu.be/1HEC8_sK388?...
SAP have released a small update to WalkMe's Content Manager, and it now includes some very SEN-like options, including tree vs. flat view, advanced filter capabilities, and custom metadata properties- which are thankfully much easier than defining Classes in SEN (and support Date!).
If you've been using the S/4HANA cloud public trial for testing etc., note they have moved it to cloud.sap (vs. ondemand.com) and your new URL will look something like: my426318.s4hana.cloud.sap/ui?sap-langu... (note they are also auto-playing a Guided Tour now - nice use of SAP Companion!).
New video posted to the YouTube channel on the creative use of Groups within Book Pages (amongst other things). Check it out here: youtu.be/uHvlKCK6vp0
SAP Companion was updated to version 4.0.16 over the weekend. The official release notes indicate it is just "maintenance updates" but it looks like they just copied the release noted from the prior release and didn't even update the number, so take that under advisement...
New Behavior tab and Design tab.
Continuing their update of the Help Editor panel, WalkMe has now added the Placeholder Text field to the Behavior tab, and a Display Style option of Placeholder text only to the Design tab.
A new (cloud) version #SAPEnableNow dropped on 5th June 2025. No release notes, so probably just 'bug fixes', but they have introduced new errors with this. E.g., if you change a user's role assignments, you get an email telling you your email has been changed. It has not. Case opened with SAP.
New video on the YouTube channel discussing coverage of WalkMe at SAPPHIRE, and its impact on SAP Enable Now.

WalkMe's high profile continues into SAPPHIRE Day 2's Keynote session.
SAP are making WalkMe look like SAP Companion for demos - presumably to win over existing SAP Enable Now customers.
As per Christian Klein: WalkMe is coming to the entire SAP Business Suite.
The SAPPHIRE keynote presentations are REALLY talking up WalkMe - and specifically its integration with AI. Interesting times ahead!

Just in case you're scrambling to migrate off SAP Enable Now, here's the official EOL date (for the 2503 release):
It looks like SAP put some changes in last weekend that is causing some document issues - it is looking for a template that doesn't exist. If you see the 'template not found' issue, just change your Documentation Settings > Template to use the appropriate existing template again.
The carving up of SAP Enable Now into separate products has started, with the 'courseware' (simulations & books/book pages being rebranded as the "Enablement content creation edition" - note the lack of info on SAP Companion here.
In a break with recent tradition (and possibly in a rush to get out work-in-progress before SAP Enable Now changes to the new 'content creation tool'), the next release of SAP Enable Now is coming early, in March (as the 2503 Release), with the preview client available now. 'What's New' below.
SAP Companion has been updated to 4.0.6. To save you the trouble of opening the announcement and logging on to sap.com, it's just one bug fix, as shown here.
Well, this is interesting! WalkMe just reworked their Fundamentals course to be more of an eLearning (vs. fairly boring pages), and now it looks a lot like what you see in SAP Learning. Could this be the new 'digital learning platform' SAP is building to replace SAP Enable Now? Looks promising...
Do you have unwanted duplicates in your Workspace you need to eliminate, but don't know how to locate them all? This new video shows you how - along with how to re-use objects the correct way.

14 days later I finally have a fix to my Connection Error when launching Producer. It seems that a recent update to Chromium enabled TLS 1.3 by default. SAP Enable Now requires you to use 1.2 ONLY. So if you are experiencing this error, check your PC's Internet Properties. Thanks to N. at @SAP.
I'm getting a connection error from the SAP Enable Now Launcher. As of a couple of days ago I can't launch Producer - for any instance, but only on one PC. I've heard of at least one client having the same issue. Not a network / firewall issue. I've opened a Case with SAP and will post updates here.
When you record completion of a Password field in a simulation, SAP Enable Now automatically converts the input to a Regular Expression (of 'any string'), instead of storing the actual password in the Input Text property. (I'm not sure when this changed, but it is appreciated!)
The ability to add step links in an SAP Companion Guided Tour is FINALLY working (only three years after it was implemented!). A new video over on the YouTube channel shows how to use this excellent feature.

Looks like animated Gifs aren't working for now, so here's a still from the middle that at least shows where this is happening...
GIF showing a Glossary term in SAP Companion
Glossary support in SAP Companion is a much-requested #SAPEnableNow feature - and it may finally be on its way. SAP seem to have built it into some of their standard help content. This could just be a small POC, but it certainly looks promising.
The Book Page Editor showing an Object Visibility Control with four objects: A Text Box, two Images, and a Group.
Object Visibility controls are great for easily displaying a succession of images one at a time, but did you know you can use any types of objects - Text, Images, even Groups. And you can mix these up within a single Object Visibility control. Very flexible. Learn to use them!
