He's a Cardassian with a "C" not the other ones. He's got a boney ridgey facial structure because he's not human, with spiney features on his face and forehead and around his eyes. And a mega thicc neck too. He's wearing a military shell type armour outfit that also looks hard and tough. He's addressing the camera, as if he's making some kind of announcement. It's 3 screenshots but the visual is all the same. Damar looking serious as a heart attack. Closed caption reads, "RESIST. RESIST TODAY. RESIST TOMORROW." (Also, in case you were wondering, FUCK ICE)

I drove past the Kennedy Center the other day and if I had any doubts about leaving and moving back to Boston in a few months, they vanished in those 3 seconds of driving past that bastardization.

I can’t escape this hellhole country, but at least I can move to a state that won’t fold so easily.

That recent Vanity Fair photoshoot inspired me to try my hand at my interpretation of that editorial style of photography. That perfectly imperfect photo, striving for feel and “texture” over technical perfection.

If I didn’t need to have a social presence for my freelance photography, I would delete every form of social media with no hesitation.

Definitely one of my goals if I garner enough success to be completely word-of-mouth based.

In this content era, I feel that social media has lost all of the ‘social’ and has just become a nonstop bombardment of “trying to sell you something”. It’s tiring, and IMO is why there’s so much burnout in most artistic fields. How are you photographers doing out there?

I think Bluesky is the place for photographers to be. The vast majority of other social media platforms only seem to care about “content” and reels. It actually feels pointless to post photos on them anymore.
