i’ve seen ppl do that too, it’s interesting ^_^ i think my characters are the same but i don’t really have much reason to draw their blood so it isn’t depicted in my art lol

generally animal designs with unnaturally colored fur are common but i’ve never seen that with their flesh (?) outside of furry art/oc spaces lol

random but something i like about furry designs is how common it is for ppl to give their characters tongues/paw pads/etc that are more unnatural colors besides just red/pink, like bright blue and green and stuff like that. when i first got into furry art spaces as a kid i was very intrigued by it

Three anthropomorphic animals in an array. The first is a tall and fat purple-colored cat with crescent moon-shaped markings and wispy fur which curves to resemble crescents. Their eyes are magenta, and the color of their nose, tongue, inner ears and crescent-shaped paw pads is a warmer pink. The second is a thin, yellow-colored fox with V-shaped markings. They also have a shark fin on their back and a striped shark tail, both teal-colored. The hair on their head seems to be spiky and worn in a short low ponytail. They have V-shaped top surgery scars. The color of their eyes—only one is visible—is lime, and the color of their tongue, triangle-shaped paw pads, inner ears and scars is teal. The third is a thin, dynamically-posed multicolor rabbit with diamond- and V-shaped markings. Their fur is remarkably sleek, giving them a very geometrical look. Overall, they resemble a jester.
