Manga 100% since it is complete! Be warned it is old and not all the ‘humour’ gets a pass these days. The new anime 2024 cuts out a lot of the the potentially offensive stuff, but it’s only animated a few volumes in. The original anime can be last (OVAs and s1-3 are well adapted)
