this is literally insane, setting the IMSI on the SIM card to match the phone number. it dramatically lowers the barrier for dangerous real time location tracking attacks 🤦‍♀️

Just want to say this is something I'm guilty of as well in my career as an engineer, and have been trying to get better at recognizing it before it happens.
