Migrate nodes to containerd 2  |  Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)  |  Google Cloud Migrate nodes from containerd 1.7 to containerd 2 with GKE version 1.33 and later. Migrate workloads from deprecated APIs and features that are removed with containerd 2.

I am excited about what is happening in DC20. I have run a couple of games in Nimble 2 and it was great. Even though the tagline there is, its 5e compatible, it can 100% be played on its own and a ton of fun.

To me notebooks are closer to something like a svg than anything else. Its a rendered output that we see. Is it weird? Yes! Is it useful? Depends on who you ask. I can see the value of it. But its not for me. 🙂‍↔️

This Past #kubecon @boredabdel.bsky.social and I gave a talk together. Today I got an email from cncf with the feedback from the attendees. The 10/10 rating was good. But what made my night is the comment: “These guys were helpful and hilarious.”

Hope to have this on my epitaph.

There is a great “Community” episode relating to this. Where there is an app that lets people rank each other most people end up choosing a gray palette for clothes. Because trying to stand out makes you loose favor from most people.

For corporations having a reputation of being trendy can be good for the young audience but more playful stuff might not resonate with the more traditional corporate buyers.

Every time I get to talk to people at #kubecon I realize how the gap between New folks in the ecosystem and the folks at the cutting edge keeps increasing. As someone in the container space I can do more to help more people get up and running faster. Here is to the next 10 years of #kubernetes.
