To be clear -- we didn't ask Guru for these features, we don't use the new features, and we didn't budget for this.

Switching knowledge management tools is a huge pain; we're locked in.

Looks like they've switched to a "ask us about our prices" style pricing page, too.

We use Guru to capture most of our company's processes and knowledge.

Yesterday, they emailed us that, because they've added AI features, they're raising our rate effective immediately from $18/user/month to $30/user/month, a 66% INCREASE.

Now I know what getting mugged feels like.
