That's a lot of tasks you're holding over there. Sure would be a shame if someone…
carried them for you only bringing them up as you need them to keep you from forgetting or getting burned out.

generally interested in atproto tooling that gracefully degrades to accessing pds-es directly when other infra is down
wrong
Gonna add a leaderboard*, a season pass, loot boxes, and dota-style ranking system
* unironically might do this one unless yall hate it
⚠️ 37 THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE PLAYING SQUIRE ‼️
I’m struggling right now, y’all.
I’m honestly uncomfortable asking for material assistance here.
But I do need some financial help as we’re dealing with sick & inured doggos + behavior problems & unexpected financial gut punches lately.
Venmo/cashapp: blackqueeriroh if you can help
Otherwise, you’re not being fully transparent when you say you can leave any time. We’re telling people something that’s not quite true.
All PDS providers should separately offer a backup service, is that anything?
I’m hottaking for attention
And @offprint.app for app updates
I wonder if @roomy.space would be the right move for gathering feedback and whatnot for atproto projects. I could make one for squire and another for @drydown.social 🤔
this is a joke, please dont attack me. that would be cyberbullying.
You heard The Goose™ folks, this is an official endorsement that I definitely got permission to share. I think the direct quote was something like "This is the best task manager I've ever seen"? Something like that.
The process has been very vibey so it would be entirely reasonable if that turned some people off. I've put most of my effort into writing temporary docs and focusing on copy/flows. More product than product design.
my b 😅
Palantir are about six months away from ordering their employees to leave audio logs scattered around their offices
Pushing some small changes based on user feedback, keep it coming! (this PR goes out to @hyl.st 🙌🏼)

Something I try to do and struggle to get right when giving #feedback is to use I know, I think, I feel, I assume, and I believe with intention. "I think this doesn't work" vs "I believe like this is wrong" aren't interchangeable.
a an illustrated meme of wolverine looking directly at the camera while cyclops and jean grey kiss in the background. the iOS reminders app icon is superimposed on wolverine. The Squire triangle logo is on top of Cyclops and the caption "YOU" is placed on jean grey.
is this anything
if you work for a company named after the lord of the rings, you are a war criminal
This is something that surprises me. Not that you _can_ produce excellent work with LLMs, but that so many people _aren’t_. From my experience it’s quite easy to make good stuff with LLMs, my best guess as to why people don’t is that they’re having too much fun going fast.
Damn, I could have sworn I fixed this. Thanks for reporting! In the meantime if you follow this account you should get access in a couple minutes. I’m gating access by mutuals for now.

a screenshot of an instagram story from a user "alexixjadegross", reposted as an instagram story again with chaotically layered UI. the story is just white text on a black background: "im about to make some moves in silence again just letting yall know im about to be moving silently and to clarify what i mean by that is that i am giving you guys a heads up that i am about to make big moves but with little to no sound"
feels good to know most of the @offprint.app pro subscriptions are yearly plans, you guys believe in the vision 🫶🏽
Here’s a fun one: a standard.site situation for a specific shape/context social graph
This took me like three minutes to guess
The terminator reaching his hand out while looking down at the camera. The text reads as come with me if you want to stop being overwhelmed by your task backlog. Everything after stop is hastily slapped on top of the meme in very small text
follow me to get started, etc etc
Feel free to review the results. Chat about it on the feed, etc.
I will be writing my summary and next steps that I'll be taking sometime at the top of next week.
TL; DR
- Blacksky-specific user intent for AI features
- Claude Code for now, local models later
- Machine learning is in our stack
