For a majority of her time she's spent underground, she was not even aware she wielded one. People can see a somewhat noticeable abnormal glow of red from one of her eyes as the Miracle is initially used. She'll claim she can't see it. Usually, the Miracle is performed without her will. This is typically due to high-stress/emotional situations causing her to become extremely defensive. It acts more as a "safety net" compared to how other users may use their Miracles.

Process: 1.) Because she doesn't usually know when she casts it, it's not as noticeable for the victim to react quickly. If who she's attacking is in a clear line of sight, the spell first manifests itself in the sudden feeling of vulnerability/dread. 2.) Ramona's attacks will hit harder than before as that feeling manifests into a physical weakness, which may or may not feel different. The victim is able to withstand or resist against some of the effects depending on how strong they are mentally.

Drawbacks? Due to the spell casting being usually at random, Ramona can be described as “blind” during a rampage of attacks, with her only focus on the victim under her target-like attack. It may prove hard to snap her out of the duration of the attack. (A bit like psychosis) Furthermore, after the effects have subsided, the user may find themselves incredibly exhausted. In the worse case, they may faint.
