It needs to be your own work. As long as you are the original author, then yes.

You can have early access for your other content, but any items submitted to the Community tab must be fully released and available for free at that time.

After EA announced the Sims 4 Marketplace, I joked about making my own "billboard" for CC creators.

Well, it works! I finished a framework for main menu override that highlights free community content for PC/Mac. It updates automatically and I’ll be opening sign-ups for free creators soon!

It would be in a separate tab AND optional :)
