The woman is on the floor performing various movements. It’s an hour long and I didn’t personally do this one but it can give you a general idea.
I think it was inspired by ballet, the idea is you do a lot of repetitions of movements and you end up feeling muscles you didn’t even realize you could feel. The barre exercises I did were all on the floor and I was dying.

Ignore if just venting but if you are open to suggestions: I gave „Bare” a try and was absolutely shocked how effective it is without any weights! I don’t think I ever felt my muscles like this before. I was shocked 😅
While I was at BioWare, EA *always* preferred Mass Effect, straight up Their Marketing team liked it more. It was modern. It had action. They never quite knew what to do with DA, and whenever DA outperformed ME, ME got the excuses. If you ask me, it was always just shy of the axe since DA Origins.

The issue is that the people involved with the show don’t think they have an issue. There was a tweet where it was essentially disregarded because they have a diverse cast. There was hope that in season 3 things would get better and, IMO, it got worse.

How dare the game do that, Alistair was her one and true love, etc. etc. There were lots of ALL CAPS and exclamation points and angry words. My response was to suggest that, if she’d read the snow globe’s description very carefully, she would see that what the plaque actually said was “Alistair Never Loved You.” I now have a snow globe on my desk now which says exactly that, given to me by a fan at a con. It makes me smile.
