Re: the so-called "retail blackout," Costco has been closed on Easter for YEARS. Can't tell you how many times I've gone for a Sunday Costco run and arrived to find an empty parking lot, and realized "oh yeah, it's Easter."

Imagine what the world would be like today if Elon Musk had been allowed to weasel out of buying Twitter, like he initially tried to do.
