Good news out of Pendleton. The reopening of Eastern Oregonâs only radiation oncology center shows whatâs at stake in OR-02. Rural communities should not have to drive to Portland or Boise for cancer care. Access to health care close to home is not politics. It is basic fairness for Eastern Oregon.
