La douleur dépend de chacun.e.s mais c'est un piercing qui est connu pour ne pas vraiment faire mal et s'il le fait, comme tout piercing, c'est une fraction de seconde. (Par contre il fait pleurer car zone nasale).
Concernant l'odeur, si le bijou posé est de qualité et que les soins sont bon, non.
