Amid the government shutdown, Washington DSHS has confirmed that public services, including Medicaid and SNAP, will continue without impact for at least thirty days. We will stay in close touch with the State and continue to update caregivers as we learn more.

Caregivers from across AK flew into Juneau for our Purple Fly-Ins at the AK State Capitol! We met with every single State Senate office and almost every House office, wrote postcards and letters to legislators, testified in hearings, and rallied on the steps of the Capitol to make our voices heard.
