He was Director of RIDOH from 2011-2015, and a Medical| Program Director at the RI Department of Corrections. He is the author of several books. Alison L. Croke, MHA is the President and CEO of the Wood River Health Center in Hopkinton, RI and has over 23 years of experience in the healthcare field, primarily in publicly financed programs. Betty Rambur, Ph.D. is the Routhier Chair for Practice and Professor of Nursing at URI. She serves as Vice-Chair of the federal Medicare Payments Advisory Commission in Washington, DC.
