For millions of parents, child care costs more than rent.
Moms are quitting jobs they love because they can't even FIND child care.
And Republicans' response tonight? A blank check for ICE.

The Becerra momentum is real 🔥
So now Pete Hegseth has fired the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief of Staff of the Army, both in the middle of a war, both with no public or known explanation? Seems fine.
Weird, trippy, also kind of funny.
"Hurley called the question misleading."
“... in particular the ‘restore fairness’ language because it would lead a voter to believe he or she were doing something unfair by voting against the proposed amendment..."
"Hurley also rejected [the] challenge to the venue..."

Trump Admin’s continuing assault on unions, unionized workers, and collective bargaining (e.g., Portsmouth Naval Shipyard) is an attack on all working people and must end. Working people are the backbone of the US economy and deserve a fair share of the wealth they help create!

Let’s celebrate Earth Day by fully committing to end the Trump Admin’s war on environmental protection. Having managed state climate action, zero waste, estuary restoration, and other ENV protection efforts, I’m alarmed, prepared and wholly committed to that effort!

Written communication can be easy to misconstrue. I have read your bio and positions and do wish you well. Thank you for your service in education and labor.
I would put Justice Roberts in that same category.
My bad, she does have good positions and I really like her work with labor rights. Who knows, maybe those write-ins will happen. Definitely a better choice than Platner. I still would support Costello, but can't vote there anyway, so there we go.
Rude. Good luck with that.
Trump wants US taxpayers to bail out UAE, a middle-eastern petro-autocracy, because he & his family have a lot of private deals going on in UAE & they need to make their money back.
"That net +18 verdict puts Trump in the neighborhood of the numbers Richard Nixon saw at the peak of the Watergate scandal in August 1974"
I just know that there hasn't even been a debate, let alone a vote. If I lived there, no question I would vote Costello.
One who is actually on the ballot?
The Dem party is also to blame for following their usual playbook backing the oldest and most moderate candidate.
Platner's people have done an amazing job at convincing way too many people that there are only two candidates in the primary.
And they know most people won't bother to look it up for themselves, they'll hear it's Platner or Mills and just accept that as fact.
Trump needs to pull out before he’s locked in for the next 18 years.
Congress is about to vote on renewing Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Originally meant to monitor foreigners overseas, it’s been abused to surveil Americans. This is a chance to finally protect Americans’ privacy. bit.ly/4tASUmW
Florida voter: I don't know if Trump is gaslighting us or delusional. People are struggling financially, and it's affecting people mentally.
"Dave Chappelle has lived in Yellow Springs, Ohio, for more than 25 years. He’s investing millions in the local economy, including support for the town’s longtime public media station."

Why are so many backing problematic Platner?
"While Gov. Janet Mills and the former harbor master of a little seaside town, Graham Platner, hog the spotlight, David Costello of Brunswick is akin to a designated driver sipping a Diet Coke in the corner."

Kerry: What [Trump] is doing is challenging the validity of his FIFA peace prize."
Also, "The lesson of the [Vietnam] war and Iraq is don't lie to the American people and then ask them to send their sons and daughters to fight."
