they autotranslate messages. they do not autotranslate languages in your "known languages" list
they clearly label that a post has been autotranslated by Grok from "source language"

Thanks for your reply. That command didn't show an Installer Type for the version I was using. I don't know exactly what happened there

`winget install Microsoft.PowerShell --installer-type msix` worked 🎉

The old version is still hanging around. winget didn't want to uninstall it
