Since then I have reached out to support multiple times, reached out on the forums, reached out on Discord, all amounting to nothing. I got one response in November saying "they can't even see that my game is deindexed" despite it being unsearchable and all the other telltale signs of deindexing (no CTR or 7D impressions, doesn't show up in tags, shows up at the very bottom of jam submissions). I'm starting to feel like I'm being gaslit lol. I would really like to know why my game is deindexed in the first place and how I can go about getting it indexed again because this has been a major hit on the traffic to my games and my mental health. The game is not an adult game and doing so would really undercut the entire core of the game about asexuality and give the wrong implication of its content (making people believe it's an 18+ game). By unwanted sexual advances, this refers to things like a character being kissed and being uncomfortable about it because they're asexual and eventually pulling away. And the sexual violence is a non-violent scene where nothing happens in the end. I list these content warnings to ensure players know exactly what is in the game and explicitly say it's not NSFW, but labeling it as NSFW would target it to an audience looking for NSFW and give the implication that it contains 18+ content (also marking me as an 18+ dev with no way to turn it off). I ask that you please reconsider this. The game has already been manually reviewed by Steam as not being an adult game even after being checked carefully. Somewhat separately but one of the top VNs on itch literally says "18+ yandere" in its tagline and is not labeled as adult. -3
