Under Buddy’s Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA), you could claim a refund for service interruptions longer than 48 hours. This no longer applies under Tangerine’s SFOA. That said, long outages are rare, and if one does occur, the Tangerine team will work with the Aussie Broadband team to quickly get you back online.
