Something I've seen in particular is someone invoking their "special connection" to a character and a "you don't love them like I love them" attitude to punch down on people who interpret them differently. There's a real toxic sense of ownership.

If you use poiyomi, DON'T UPDATE IT. The creator's accounts were just compromised. Whoever controls those accounts might push a malicious update to poiyomi. You're fine as long as you don't update/download poiyomi until we're told it's safe.
A long message that describes that many of the poiyomi admin accounts have been compromised. They don't think the shader itself has been touched but out of an abundance of caution they don't want anyone downloading new versions right now.
Head's up, @poiyomi.com been compromised. Hold off on updating your shaders until the all clear is given #vrchat
