Sorted π
I know what you mean
Painting regularly is definitely paying off now.
Next in the calendar for 2026 is the first Partizan show in Newark. We are now accepting preorders for collection at the show so head over to www.warbases.co.uk and get your order in!
Left for me
Iβve used Vallejo Old Wood
Anyone else paint the back of shields??
Just going to paint this lot then have a break from Romans and Gauls.
So I know Iβve been working on these since Covid and others are way faster at painting (and definitely more focused). But I had the realisation this week that I actually have enough painted to play with π±
Ironclad miniatures managed to pick them up before they sold out to Pendragon
Slight failure, bought the wrong varnish got Windsor and Newton General purpose Matt varnish. Matt it is not. Bugger
Nice to have the time, weather and varnish to get these finished
Excellent show report. Well thought out script not just a whizz through at all the tables. π«‘
They look nice finished though
I think whatβs adding to the fiddle is trying to get a little big man transfer to fit a Wargames Foundry Shield
Hand painted less fiddly
Nice π
So a game you need loads of miniatures for.
Fiddly bastards π€¬
Time for a hifi update. So this is the painting room hifi. Meze 99 classic 2nd gen headphones and Chord Mojo 2 4.4 DAC and headphone amplifier. Sounds bloody awesome π
Nice to be painting again
To be fair youβd probably be better off coming to Partizan in Newark. Then you can also visit Wargames Foundry, North Star, Warlord Games, Mantic and Games Workshop. π
